Helloooooooo Evan!

I cannot imagine what it must be like to be alive for only one month. Probably pretty loved.

One day, One lens, One love.

A photographic journey that  includes people I miss a lot, spans one day and yet shares a big part of my life.

Rules in life are not meant to be followed.  If they were, the country we live in would not exist today. Which is these chickens DO NOT live on a farm.

Before he was a guard dog for these suburban chickens. Logan survived snake bites and the occasional brushing. When he’s not keeping chicken’s safe, he’s out on a hike rolling in stanky water.  Bow wow.

A friend and man of many talents.

21 Months… of pure cuteness.

Fresh from the garden, these carrots were washed in the hose and still have their greens… until Soren snaps them off like it’s her job.

Neighbor folk stop by to say hello.

A short car ride and our next stop is…

…to see family and…

…eat some fresh from the garden dinner.

Well, not all of it’s from the garden.

But pretty much all of it is grown right in this man’s backyard.

And when you eat you give thanks.  Dear Lord, Thank you for these people.  Amen.

I love that someone invented photography!

Joe and Maureen | Milwaukee WI

Congrats to Maureen and Joe on their fancy new marriage. Their wedding at the Hotel Metro in Milwaukee was awesome!  I’m really excited to show you a few of my favorite things (aka photographs) from their wedding.  A big thank you to Rich Myers for all his photo-tastic skills and help on Maureen and Joe’s day. And thank you Maureen and Joe for having us be apart of your wedding. We wish you all best.
